1. About this notice
This acceptable use notice sets out the standards that apply when you use the Yalson Fleet website (the "site"), operated by Yalson Commercial Consultancy Limited, trading as Yalson Fleet ("Yalson", "we", "us" or "our"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of use. By using the site you agree to this notice, which applies to all users of, and visitors to, the site.
2. Prohibited uses
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site:
- in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
- in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
- for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way;
- to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material that does not comply with the content standards below;
- to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam);
- to knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, trojans, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware; or
- to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
3. Interference and security
You also agree not to:
- access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of the site, any equipment or network on which the site is stored, any software used in the provision of the site, or any equipment, network or software owned or used by any third party;
- attack the site by means of a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack, or otherwise attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site or breach its security or authentication measures;
- use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access, monitor, copy or extract data or content from the site for any purpose without our express written consent, except for search engine operators acting in the ordinary way to index the site;
- impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; or
- reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell or otherwise exploit any part of the site in breach of our Terms of use.
4. Content standards
These content standards apply to any material you contribute to the site or send to us through it, for example through an enquiry, access request or demo form (a "contribution"). You must comply with the spirit and the letter of the following standards. A contribution must:
- be accurate, where it states facts, and be genuinely held, where it states opinions;
- comply with the law applicable in England and Wales and in any country from which it is posted.
A contribution must not:
- be defamatory of any person, or obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;
- bully, insult, intimidate or humiliate any person, or be threatening or abusive;
- infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right, of any other person;
- breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a duty of confidence, or breach any other person's rights, including their privacy or data protection rights;
- be likely to deceive any person, or promote or facilitate any unlawful or fraudulent activity; or
- give the impression that it comes from us if this is not the case.
5. Breach of this notice
We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this notice through your use of the site. Where a breach has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, including one or more of the following:
- immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the site;
- immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any contribution uploaded by you to the site;
- issue of a warning to you;
- legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;
- further legal action against you; and
- disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.
We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of this notice. The actions we may take are not limited to those described above, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
6. Reporting misuse

7. Changes to this notice
We may revise this notice at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you.
